Description

Hugamara Group is looking for Head Chefs (4) to oversee our Central Kitchen operations, drive quality, and lead our production teams!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead kitchen operations, production planning, and menu execution.
  2. Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, consistency, and hygiene/safety.
  3. Manage food costs, inventory, portioning, and wastage reduction.
  4. Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  2. 5+ years in a busy professional kitchen (previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef experience preferred).
  3. Strong background in high-volume operations; Central Kitchen experience is a plus!
