SanlamAllianz Life Uganda is hiring a Front Office Executive (Receptionist) that enjoys engaging with people, providing accurate information, and ensuring a seamless front office experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Hospitality, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial services
  • Good understanding of insurance products and customer service principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital communication tools
