Hugamara Group is looking for Kitchen Managers to oversee daily kitchen operations, drive quality control, and lead our production team!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise daily kitchen operations, coordinate production activities, and ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
  2. Manage kitchen staff schedules, productivity, discipline, and performance while supporting overall operational efficiency.
  3. Monitor food costs, inventory management, stock rotation, and implement wastage reduction initiatives.
  4. Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards, while overseeing equipment maintenance and preparing operational reports.
 

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  2. 4 – 6 years of experience in professional kitchen operations (previous supervisory or kitchen management experience preferred).
  3. Strong leadership and cost control skills; experience in high-volume hospitality operations is an added advantage!
